METRO CHINA
2009 was held at China International Exhibition Center, Beijing, on an
exhibition space of some 20,000 square meters, from the 10th to 13th of
November 2009, with the latest technology and equipment on urban rail
vehicles, communication and signaling, power supply and distribution,
intelligent AFC, shielding/safety doors, electromechanical systems,
integrated supervisory and control systems, engineering machinery,
operation, safety supporting and informationization displayed.
Exhibitors: 163 from across China, and 54 from
Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Poland,
Singapore, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland and USA
Visitors: A total of 17,200
visitors, among which 15,300 being trade visitors

The summit on urban rail
transit, and seminars on integrated supervisory and sontrol systems and AFC
Technology, held during METRO CHINA 2009, caught extensive attention. Both
the exhibitors and visitors spoke highly on the exhibition, regarding it as
a truly international event that brought together manufacturers, engineering
companies, consultancy and supervision companies, R & D institutes and
government departments for face-to-face exchanges and further cooperation.
